Job Title: Full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant

£12.90 - £14.50 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Assist the KS2 teacher in delivering lessons and activities
• Support individual children with their learning and development
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
• Supervise children during class and break times
• Deliver small group interventions to children
• Help the class teacher to identify any gaps in children's learning
• Build positive relationships with the children, staff and parents

Required Qualifications:

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification 

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Ability to engage and motivate children
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children
