We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Key Stage 1 team and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

Salary: £14.75 - £15.75 per hour
Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday
Contract: Long-term
Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.
- Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to deliver targeted interventions and learning activities.
- Support pupils with a range of needs, helping them to access the curriculum and make progress.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of learning resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 1.
- Has a good understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom practice.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Is patient, flexible, and committed to supporting children's individual needs.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
