I am actvely working on the behalf of a secondary school in Derby who are looking for a Graduate of Modern Foreign Languages to work from January as part of our Future Teacher Programme. This position is ideal if you are interested in a career in education and have graduated within the last few years in either French, Spanish or German and if you are thinking about applying for teacher training in 2020/2021 (ITT).
Future Teachers Programme
The programme is designed to help address the teacher shortages across England and Wales by attracting bright graduates who are considering a career in teaching, but wish to gain practical experience before enrolling in initial teacher training (ITT).
You will begin your journey to teaching working at one or a number of our client secondary schools near where you work for up to 2 terms starting in January 2020.
As a Graduate Teacher you will engage in a range of tasks to get a full feel of what it would be like to be a teacher, from supporting pupils with their studies in small groups and 1:1, to assisting class teachers across all departments including your specialism and getting involved with planning/delivering your own lessons!
