We are seeking an experienced Food Technology Teacher to join a warm and welcoming Secondary school in Blackburn for Key Stages 3 and 4, commencing September 2021.

You will join a skilful and resourceful staffing team who dedicate their time and resources to ensuring students of all learning abilities reach their maximum potential. You will be confident in teaching students of all learning abilities, and you will ensure all students are inclusive of all classroom activity. You will be able to plan and prepare engaging and interactive lessons, and you will create a positive and happy learning environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Have strong communication skills, and be able to work productively as part of a school team
  • Have classroom experience across Key Stages 3 and 4
