Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Flexible Working Teaching Assistants who have the ability to adapt and support children with special educational needs(SEN), such as autism, ADHD, complex needs and emotional difficulties, across multiple mainstream and SEN schools in and around Bristol. There is high need for support staff on a part time and flexible basis; working on a flexible contract means that you can pick week by week which days you are available to work by keeping your online diary up to date, you will then be contacted on the basis you are available for work that needs to be filled. Successful candidates will work to support students in a Teaching Assistant capacity either 1:1 or in small groups.

We would like to hear from you if:

You must have a passion for supporting children who have various levels of SEN, be able to provide a safe and positive learning environment and the ability to work on their own initiative.

Any experience working with children or adults with additional needs would be a bonus, however if you have no experience you will still be considered if you are passionate, engaging and enthusiastic.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
