Flexible Supply Teacher

Job description

Are you a newly or fully qualified teacher looking for a change next academic year? Are you seeking flexible work and a great work/life balance?

If so, joining our supply team might be the perfect next step!

We are expecting another busy year for 20/21, even more so with the additional support schools will need as some children return for the first time after COVID19 in September. Some of the benefits of being a flexible supply teacher include:

  • Your own personal online diary which you can update as often as you like to show which days you are available
  • Work in your most local primary schools while also having access to SEN and Secondary schools if you're seeking the opportunity to try other sectors
  • Term-time holidays - if you need some time off, simply block your diary
  • Choice over which schools you go to, which age groups you cover and how far you travel
  • The opportunity to build up a pool of schools which you visit regularly
  • Introductions to new schools and schools who may be recruiting in the coming months
  • Weekly pay
  • Minimal to no planning requirements, no after school commitments

We are the busiest branch in the whole of the UK for day-to-day supply cover, with three long-standing recruitment consultants and excellent relationships with local schools. If you are moving to Cornwall and looking to become acquainted with local schools, or you're a teacher currently based in Cornwall who is looking for a change, please get in touch today. We will take you through the registration steps and ensure you are vetted to a high standard and able to begin working as soon as you are available.
