Teaching Personnel has an excellent opportunity to gain experience within Secondary Education with little experience needed. You will be required for day to day supply work in Preston, where the hours work around you!
This position will begin with immediate effect and until the end of the academic year
- Full-time, part-time and ad-hoc Cover Supervisors required, immediate start.
- Large secondary school in Preston, Ofsted graded 'Outstanding'
- Temporary position, with the opportunity to secure a fixed term post in the new academic year
- Earn up to £350 per week, depending upon previous experience
- Obtain further CPD training through Teaching Personnel
The role of Cover Supervisor will essentially be to cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher with pre-set work each day. If, at times there are periods where no cover is required, the Cover Supervisors will be deployed in subject areas to support identified pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
You will:
- Ensure behaviour policies are adhered to
- Ensure pupils are completing the cover work that has been left and that all pupils are safe.
Full training and support will be provided throughout this position, and even though previous experience in this field is desired, transferable skills will be taken into consideration.
