Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a flexible Cover Supervisor to start in December. We are currently working with a number of Secondary schools across the Stoke and Staffordshire area who require short-term and long-term sickness cover. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring teacher or recent graduate looking to gain further experience within a mainstream secondary school.

What is a Cover Supervisor?

  • Covering lessons in the absence of a Class Teacher
  • All work and resources are pre-planned
  • Following the schools behaviour policies when necessary
  • Opportunity to cover a variety of subjects and age ranges
  • Communicating with members of SLT and support staff when necessary

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
