Flexible Cover Supervisor

Are you passionate about education and looking for a flexible role that fits around your lifestyle? We are currently seeking dynamic,adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Rochdale and Heywood.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task

• Deliver pre-set work and maintain classroom discipline

• Support the school team in creating a positive and safe learning environment

This is an ideal opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced cover staff, or teaching assistants looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident, calm, and professional approach

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups

• Availability at short notice (daily, short-term, or longer assignments)

• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential)

You’ll be working across secondary schools in Rochdale and Heywood, giving you a varied and rewarding experience every day.
