Job Title: EYFS Tutor

Location: South East England, Oxfordshire, Wantage

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that supports children's holistic development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
  • Have a thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with young children

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience teaching EYFS students
  • Experience in creating engaging lesson plans and activities

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional training in early childhood education
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a school setting with typical school hours
  • May require occasional evenings and weekends for school events or meetings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
