• Competitive rate of GBP10 - GBP12.50 per hour
• Experience working within an Early Years setting is necessary

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a ‘Good’ Primary School in Burnley. The school are hoping to recruit a dedicated individual to work as a full- time, level 2 Teaching Assistant within the Early Years department. Owing to the current situation, the appointed practitioner will be an approachable individual, with excellent communication skills, able to reintegrate pupils back into school life with ease and confidence.

The role is to commence in early January and will initially on trial basis until Easter with the view for the right candidate to be extended for the remainder of the academic year and then be made permanent. The Head Teacher is popular amongst staff, pupils and parents and is noted for her strength in leadership and passion for learning. It is upon her request that the successful candidate will express a keen enthusiasm across the curriculum and implement innovative methods of learning to effectively engage the pupils and instil a positive attitude within the classroom. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
