EYFS Teaching Assistant needed in Bispham, Lancashire (FY2)

-          Full-time position available in June.

-          Experience supporting Early Years Learners is essential.

-          8:00-15:30.

-          £11.85- £12.50.

Teaching Personnel are working with a Primary School in Bispham area, who are looking for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and nurturing team of staff. The role is available now and will run until the end of the academic year (July 2023) with the possibility of extension into September, as the school are looking to appoint a permanent member of staff.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work with children in Reception on a 1:1 and small group basis. The headteacher is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is a positive role model with the ability to respond appropriately to each individual child’s needs and will become an integral part of their Early Years team.

The school will offers constant feedback and support in all areas of the role, and the opportunity to further you education based career in a safe and supportive environment.

Required:

-          Have knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum.

-          Be a patient and nurturing individual.

-          Have experience supporting Early Years Learners.

Desired:

-          Have previous 1:1 support experience.

-          Have a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

-          Experience supporting children with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
