- Create a nurturing, play-based learning environment where children can thrive
- Build strong foundations in early literacy, numeracy, and communication
- Support each child’s social, emotional, and developmental progress
- Develop positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Celebrate progress and milestones at every stage of learning
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas
