Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status, Passion for Teaching, Enhanced DBS, Level 3 Cache

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students
  • Assess and monitor student progress to ensure academic development
  • Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children
  • Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child
  • Implement the EYFS curriculum effectively

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Passion for Teaching
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Level 3 Cache

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

  • Previous experience teaching in an Early Years setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work with young children

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proactive approach to teaching
  • Adaptability in responding to the needs of individual students
  • Approachable and able to build positive relationships with children and parents
  • Strong behavioural management skills
  • Effective time management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
  • Additional training in child development and learning techniques

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily takes place in a classroom setting
  • Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work for meetings or events
  • May involve some outdoor activities and field trips with students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
