EYFS Teachers – Exciting Opportunities in Mansfield (Our Lady of Lourdes Trust Partnership)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher looking for a rewarding new role? Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust to recruit talented EYFS teachers for a unique and flexible opportunity across a cluster of welcoming primary schools in Mansfield.

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic EYFS specialists to work across three well-regarded primary schools within the trust:

  • St Philip Neri Primary School

  • St Patrick’s Primary School

  • St Joseph’s Primary School

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive network of schools, delivering high-quality early years education while gaining varied experience across different settings. Roles may include long-term placements, short-term cover, or flexible assignments depending on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework

  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and wider school teams

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

  • Uphold the values and ethos of the schools and the trust

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching within EYFS (NQT/ECTs welcome to apply)

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks

  • A nurturing and patient approach to supporting young learners

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A genuine passion for early years education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
