EYFS Specialist Teacher required ASAP for Haslingden Primary

Are you keen to take on new challenges? Do you have experience teaching in EYFS? Are you confident with the EYFS National Curriculum?

A small Church of England school located in Haslingden are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Specialist Teacher. The school are looking for a candidate who has a broad understanding of the EYFS curriculum and who is confident undertaking baseline assessments with the children and can produce efficient planning. The role will be to primarily support the development of a group of 30 children in the class; improving standards in language and communication skills and Maths and English. You would be working with 3 other members of staff in a combined unit for Nursery and Reception.

The position is to start as soon as possible due to the position being due to a sudden long term sickness. The Head Teacher has specified he wants a nurturing practitioner with good behaviour management and who has a strong understanding of EYFS needs and requirements. The school is a small one form entry school which is recognised for its calm and friendly atmosphere. The Head Teacher and all staff members are very proud of the vast improvements the school have made in the recent years and are aiming to achieve 'Outstanding' by their next Ofsted Inspection.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £100-£150 per day

Monday to Friday (40 hours)
