 EYFS Practitioner – Nurture Young Minds in Poulton-le-Fylde 

 Location: Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire
 Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
 Setting: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) – Primary School/Nursery

We’re looking for a dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in Poulton-le-Fylde, where every day is a chance to inspire, support, and shape young learners.

 About the Role
As an EYFS Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting children aged 3–5 during their crucial early development. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and grow through play-based learning.

 Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and educational development
• Observe and assess progress, contributing to learning journals and reports
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or reception)
• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
