Teaching Personnel are currently working in close partnership with a "Good" Primary School in Bolton (BL1). Inclusion and support is a massive part of what the school work towards. They are currently recruiting a teaching assistant that can support with behaviour and inclusion within their EYFS department. As a behaviour support assistant, you would be expected to support, engage and inspire learning on a 1:1 and small group basis.

- Community support and Youth Workers
- Salary - £14,000 - £18,000
This two form entry primary school in the BL1 area of Bolton provide a creative and independent environment for learning their children make good progress. They proudly show core values of inclusion, friendship, responsibility and making good choices to name a few and as a result of this, any future behaviour support assistants would be welcomed in with open arms.
You would be working very closely with the SENCO and inclusion team to help support behaviour in the early years in particular, however there is scope to support behaviour and autism in other areas of school too.
Community and Youth Workers along with sports coaches looking to transition into primary schools would be welcomed to apply as their transferable skill sets have worked in the Bolton school previously.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
