Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants, to provide 1:1 and group support for pupils across all Key Stages.

The position will be located in an East Lancashire Primary School. The position is to take place five mornings a week, Monday to Friday, with the potential to become full time position. Experience delivering 1:1 and delivering interventions is crucial and you will be required to have a fantastic knowledge of working with Phonics schemes.

Bilingual capabilities are highly required as there is a wide variety of children with English as an additional Language at the School. The Head Teacher has stressed she wants Teaching Personnel to provide a Support Practitioner to have the confidence to assist with booster classes and to raise attainment of pupils across all key stages.

The salary is based on a 4 hour day position held Monday to Friday mornings, and depending on experience, this could vary between £8.40-£10.50 per hour. Additional salary may increase depending on the interest of welfare.
