Exam Invigilator

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit flexible Exam Invigilators to help support a number of the Secondary schools in the Swansea and Llanelli area that we are working closely with during seasonal examinations.

All applicants must be professional, reliable and willing to work in various local schools on an ad hoc basis during the busy exam period.

A DBS on the update service aand registration with the EWC is essential. However, this can be completed through Teaching Personnel. 

Exam Invigilators are responsible for;

• Ensuring the security of the examination before during and after the exams are sat 
• Preventing possible candidate malpractice and making sure you are thoroughly on task throughout the whole exam
• Preventing possible administrative failures and using initiative 
• Liaising with the Exams Officer, Senior Invigilator and other teaching staff

Previous experience working in the Education sector is desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to take on flexible work assisting in local Secondary schools acorss the area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
