Job Title: ESOL Tutor 1:1

England, East Midlands, Leicestershire

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• - Provide one-to-one English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) tuition
• - Develop tailored learning plans based on individual student needs
• - Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to improve students' English language skills
• - Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• - Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their language learning goals

Required Qualifications:

• - Recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertTESOL, CELTA)
• - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• - Experience in teaching ESOL to adults
• - Ability to create effective learning materials

Education:

• - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

• - Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching ESOL

Knowledge and Skills:

• - Strong understanding of language acquisition principles
• - Familiarity with ESOL teaching methodologies
• - Proficient in using technology for teaching purposes
• - Ability to work with diverse student populations

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Master's degree in TESOL or relevant field
• - Experience in online teaching and virtual learning environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
