Job Title: 1:1 Tutor (In-Person)

Location: Loughborough (Pupil’s Home or School Setting)
Hours: During School Hours (Flexible)

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated 1:1 tutors to support pupils in the Loughborough area. Sessions will take place either at the pupil’s home or in a school setting, tailored to the learner’s individual needs. This is an excellent opportunity to provide personalised academic support and help students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions
• Adapt lessons to suit each pupil’s learning style and needs
• Support pupils with engagement and academic progress
• Monitor and report on student development
• Maintain a professional, safe, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching or tutoring experience, or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
• Strong knowledge of core subjects (Maths, English, Science)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
