Are you a qualified English teacher interested in working with small groups of students as an English intervention tutor?  Are you passionate about raising attainment across specific cohorts, and improving understanding across the English curriculum?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large secondary school in North Manchester to recruit for a part-time English intervention tutor, to work with small groups of KS4 pupils in preparation for their GCSE examinations.

The school is situated within a state of the art building, with a specific area for intervention to take place. You will have access to the resources compiled by the English department and will be fully supported with planning and assessing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
