If so, please see further details of an English Teacher vacancy we are recruiting for on behalf of our client school in the Wigan LEA;

  • Full time position required to start from November 2018

  • Ofsted graded Good secondary school
  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS (£22,467 - £ 38,250)
  • Experienced and NQT teachers welcome to apply for this opportunity

Due to an upcoming absence with the English department, the Headteacher wishes to appoint a suitably qualified teacher to join their team on a long term basis all the way through to the end of the academic year. Our client school achieved a 'GOOD' in it's' most recent Ofsted inspection and it was commended for the behaviour of the pupils. Further, each subject faculty are led by very experienced teachers so you will be supported throughout.

The school is located very close to the East Lancashire Road which offers excellent accessibility to the surroundings areas of St Helens, Golborne and Tyldesley. There is also excellent public transport links to the school from Wigan town centre.
