Teaching Personnel's partner school located in central Manchester are seeking an enthusiastic teacher of English to join the department in February 2019. Due to a staff maternity, the school now has a temporary position due to start in February 2019 until the end of the academic year. Our partner schools English department prides itself on not just building pupils' English skills but developing cultural capital and encouraging pupils to develop their understanding of literature as a way of interpreting the world. This post would be suitable for both NQT's and experienced English teachers.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a PGCE/QTS in secondary English
• Be confident in delivering engaging lessons across key stage 3 and GCSE level
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Be available from February 2019
