  • ** 'Good' Ofsted report with a continuously improving school **

I am currently partnered with a large Secondary School based in the S5 area of North Sheffield. They are actively seeking an English teacher with FQT status who will be heavily involved in the 1:1 tuition and GCSE booster group to join the school on a Full-Time Permanent basis starting from October half term.

Over the next few years they aim to be the best inner city Secondary School in the country. They intend to break the link between context and achievement so that every child reaches their full potential.

During the recent Ofsted inspection in June 2016 they achieved a ‘Good’ grading. This represents a strong endorsement of their effectiveness as a school and academy trust. During the Ofsted inspection they received the following statement:

‘Leaders have effective systems in place to monitor the quality of teaching and learning’

The role shall require strong subject knowledge and strong behaviour management skills along with assisting GCSE Booster groups in 121 tuition and be able to build positive relationships with both staff and pupils.

If you are committed to raising the attainment across the English curriculum then apply today!
