Teaching Personnel is working with the English Faculty at a mainstream school in Bath that is a thriving and supportive environment in which to work. The school has a strong collegiate ethos and take on new challenges and developments with a united front, valuing contributions from all members of the team, whatever their level of experience. Teachers enjoy teaching English at this school, and the faculty is regarded highly by both students and members of staff. It is a faculty in which English teachers can flourish, and one that has an excellent record of building leadership capacity and bringing on great teachers.
