English Teacher required for Secondary School Maternity Cover to start after half term

  • Maternity cover from October half term until summer term 2017
  • Teaching English to Key Stages 3 and 4 up to GCSE
  • Ofsted graded ‘Good’ School in January 2016

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Fully Qualified English Teacher to work in a busy, expanding Secondary School. The position is to cover maternity leave from after October half term until the middle of the summer term 2017.

The School is due to expand and develop in the future, with the possibility of professional development opportunities. They pride themselves on their ability to motivate their students by creating stimulating learning environments through strong teaching methods and a high standard of pastoral care and support.

The students make good progress through their learning and comparison against national standards. All students have a polite manner and work very hard whilst being supported through their learning by the dedicated staff.

The ideal candidate:

?Will be passionate and enthusiastic

?Have good subject knowledge

?Will be able to work well as part of a supportive and dedicated English Team

?Hold the ability to develop good rapport with students

?Will be able to create a stimulating learning environment.
