English Teacher

An opportunity for an excellent English teacher to join a well established and thriving secondary school from February 2021. 

• English Teacher - full time 
• February 2021 to July 2021 in the first instance, potential permanent role
• Pay in line with teacher pay scale MPS/UPS 
• Teaching a full English language and literature timetable across KS3 and KS4
• Modern and vibrant secondary school with a supportive Senior Leadership Team.
• Located in Sleafod, accessible for those in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire
• Post available to English Teachers of all levels  - PGCE with QTS

The successful English Teacher will deliver a full timetable in line with the current national curriculum, including; reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The English Teacher will be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching. The successful English Teacher will engage in the planning and marking and encourage pupil to reach their full potential in the subject.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
