A secondary school in Skelmersdale are excited to offer the opportunity for a Teacher of English to join their progressive English department! They require a qualified English Teacher to teach on a full-time basis from as soon as possible on a long-term basis.

The Head of Department are looking for an inspiring and dynamic Teacher, whether that is an Early Career Teacher (ECT), a recently inducted Teacher or a Teacher with many years experience. They are keen to appoint a professional who has and can inspire a love for the subject, and who demonstrates the high expectations held by all staff in school.

As a long-term member of staff in this school, you will receive a competitive daily rate of pay. Teaching Personnel endeavour to ensure that you are happy in your work; with this in mind, you will be contacted by your designated Consultant on a regular basis in order to gain feedback and ensure any concerns are dealt with promptly. Feedback from the school on your practice will also be relayed regularly, as we understand the value of this for our candidates.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
