English Teacher
Full-time English teacher required for a September start.
This is a full-time teaching role at an ever-improving secondary school that has gone from strength to strength in recent years. The school is ideally located in Reading.
If you are someone seeking an introduction to a full-time teaching post, then this is the perfect opportunity to work at a school which are likely to need a permanent English teacher later in the year.
- Full-time English teacher required.
- September 2021 start date with permanent contract extension opportunities.
- Pay in line with your experience or MPS/UPS standards.
- Planning and marking responsibilities included.
Due to a recent resignation from a permanent member of staff, our client secondary school are now seeking to appoint an English teacher on a temporary basis from September.
Despite this being a temporary teaching role, it has been highlighted by the school that the incoming teacher may have the opportunity to join the school permanently on a later date however this would depend on performance and overall success in the first term.
Newly qualified and experienced English teachers are all encouraged to apply – especially those seeking long-term/permanent work opportunities.
The incoming teacher will be required to take on the full scope as a teacher which will include planning and marking responsibilities and eventually form/extracurricular duties.
Interviews are likely to be held through the month of June and therefore any interested teachers are requested to submit an updated CV using the link below for consideration.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
