Applications are sought from an inspirational English teacher to join an innovative English department within a highly successful, supportive and dynamic non-selective 11-18 Academy.

Our client School are celebrating their best ever A-level and GCSE results which now place the Academy as one of the top performing schools in East Sussex and in the top 15% of schools nationally.
The Academy wish to appoint a well-qualified, hard working, dynamic, innovative and inspirational Teacher of English. The successful candidate will have unapologetically high expectations as well as genuine ambition. They will consistently plan and deliver lessons that inspire, engage and challenge every student enabling them to be enthusiastic about their learning and to make excellent progress.
The Academy are a split site, rural, mixed 11-18 non-selective converter academy with approximately 1300 students, including over 250 students in our Sixth Form. They are situated on the outskirts of the Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Academy is close to Tunbridge Wells and the South Coast.
