The Role:

• Delivering engaging and well-structured English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 available for experienced candidates).
• Encouraging a love of literature and developing strong literacy skills across all year groups.
• Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum development.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Have experience teaching English in a secondary school setting.
• Be a passionate educator with a commitment to student success.
• Possess excellent subject knowledge and a track record of improving attainment.
• Be eager to contribute to the wider school community and ongoing professional development.
