Are you a qualified, experienced English teacher, specialising in both Literature and Language (with the ability to deliver one of the subjects to KS5?) Do you wish to take on new challenges within great schools? A school based in Gateshead that we work closely with is seeking an English specialist to cover a maternity within the department, which is pending its commencement in the coming weeks.

If you're an NQT or have many years of teaching experience, we would like to hear from you, as the school is willing to trial individuals of various backgrounds.

OVERVIEW

• Role commencing in the coming weeks
• Delivering the English curriculum (covering both Literature and Language) to Key Stages 3-5, ensuring that students steadily progress in their studies
• Pay rates ranging from £550 to £800 a week
• Possibility of being extended into the next academic year
• Producing assessments and classwork to evaluate the progression of students, formulating steps to take to ensure each student achieves their targets
