A Wandsworth based Catholic school, rated outstanding, hiring an English teacher to start in September on a full time basis - £145 to £220 a day

Outstanding catholic school looking for a KS3 & 4 English teacher to work in Wandsworth - September start

Requirements

  • Must have a UK relevant teaching qualification; PGCE or QTS
  • The successful teacher will have experience teaching English Language or Literature at either key stage 3, 4 or 5 for at least 1.5 years
  • Willing and able to travel to Wandsworth on a daily basis, easily accessible via public transport
  • All teachers must hold, or previously held, a DBS

This Catholic school has been rated outstanding by Ofsted for the past three years and prior to this was rated good for more than five years. The senior leadership at the school are looking for a good quality English teacher who has a track record of achieving good results.

Being a Catholic school teachers are expected to respect the faith of the Wandsworth based school as the do participate in many religious practices. However, there is no requirement to practice Catholicism or be in anyway Catholic.

  • Pay rate will vary between £145 to £220 a day
