The successful English graduate will work directly within the English department and will be required to support pupils within lessons on a one to one and small group’s basis. They will receive direct support from the department and will be directed to ensure pupil attainment is achieved.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous secondary school based experience, preferably working with pupils who face barriers towards learning. We would also accept applications from English graduates who have transferrable experience.
