Key Responsibilities:

• Support Pupils: Assist children with medical, physical, and personal care needs as required.
• Learning Assistance: Help pupils in their learning, both on a one-to-one basis and in group settings.
• Monitor Progress: Encourage and track pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate: Work with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and learning.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational or healthcare setting.
• A caring and patient nature, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about medical procedures, personal care, or therapeutic approaches.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
