Education Recruitment Consultant - Cambridge

Teaching Personnel, the UK's leading education recruitment specialists, is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and rapidly expanding team in our Cambridge office.

The office is ideally situated, just off the A14 in Histon, to enjoy all that this beautiful, historic city has to offer. As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will help education professionals find teaching jobs and classroom support staff roles on both a temporary and permanent basis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Resourcing quality teachers and carrying out interviews
• Regular face-to-face client visits, building relationships with key decision makers within schools (A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be essential)
• Creating quality marketing and advertising
• A high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across the region
