Have you recently completed your teacher training and are looking to gain valuable classroom experience before securing a permanent role?
Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our supply team for the new academic year. Supply teaching is the perfect way to build confidence, develop your teaching practice and experience a variety of schools while maintaining flexibility around your schedule.
Whether you're looking for daily supply, short-term placements or longer-term teaching opportunities, we'll work with you to find roles that suit your preferences.
The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across your chosen key stage or subject.
- Manage the classroom and create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings.
- Gain experience across a range of primary or secondary schools.
- Choose the days and locations that work best for you.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS by September 2026.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for inspiring and supporting young people.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
