Early Years Teachers Needed – Middlesbrough (Various Roles Available)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for your next opportunity?
Teaching Personnel is currently working with a number of warm, welcoming, and supportive early years settings and primary schools across Middlesbrough, and we are looking to recruit EYFS Teachers to meet ongoing staffing needs.

Location: Middlesbrough and surrounding areas
Start Date: Ongoing (Immediate and future roles available)
Position: Early Years Teachers – Full-time, Part-time, and Supply Opportunities
Pay: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience and role)

About the Roles:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in EYFS classrooms

  • Support children’s early development and school readiness

  • Adapt confidently to different school settings and make a positive impact

  • Foster inclusive, nurturing environments where every child can thrive

  • Collaborate effectively with staff and contribute to the wider school community

We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS

  • Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (placement or post-qualification)

  • A creative, nurturing approach to teaching and learning

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s early development

Whether you’re an ECT or an experienced EYFS specialist, we have a range of short-term, long-term, and maternity cover roles to suit your skills and availability.
