Teaching Personnel is seeking to recruit early years practitioners who have a profound desire to the development of children from an early age. We are particularly looking for experienced early years teaching assistants who will be committed to working within a nursery setting in Bradford. The position is to start in November 2019 and run until the end of the academic year, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for April 2020.
The ideal candidate must:
- Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience within a Nursery or Early Years setting
- GCSE Grades C or above in Maths and English
- Be available for 5 days per week in term time
- Hold a DBS registered to the update service (full guidance will be provided)
The successful candidate will be required to provide 1:1 and small group phonics booster sessions for EYFS. Any experience working with Letters and Sounds and ‘Read, Write, Inc.’ Phonics and delivering small group intervention so experience of this is highly desired for this role.
This position offers candidates the scope to develop their career within a Nursery school, alongside upholding high expectations of learning, attainment and behaviour.
