Encouraging communication, curiosity, and confidence
Working closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
This setting is looking for someone who brings energy, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children.
✨ A caring, patient, and positive personality
✨ Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn
✨ A team player who can also use their own initiative
✨ Passion for early childhood development and learning through play
✨ Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
✅ Essential Requirements
Level 3 (or higher) Childcare Qualification
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to travel within Swansea
What You’ll Get
£14.25 - £14.30 per hour depending on qualifications / experience
Monday–Friday, term time hours
A fantastic starting point for your childcare career
Ongoing support and development opportunities
A welcoming, supportive nursery team
Why This Role?
This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to build your career in early years, gain hands-on experience, and make a real difference in children’s lives from the very beginning.
Perfect for someone finishing college and ready to step confidently into the world of childcare
✨ If you’re ready to start your journey and inspire little learners every day, we’d love to hear from you! ✨
