Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Full Time (40 Hours per Week)
Location: Gerrards Cross
Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and caring individual to join our beautiful new Montessori nursery in Gerrards Cross.
Our nursery provides a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop through the Montessori approach. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for early years education and is committed to providing outstanding care and learning experiences for every child.
The Role
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework and Montessori principles
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and support each child's individual development
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
What We're Looking For
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework (Montessori experience is desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
