Are you a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Science looking to kick-start your teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment?
Our client, a thriving and inclusive academy based in Braintree, Essex, is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Science ECT to join their team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to develop their skills in a school that is committed to professional development, student progress, and innovative teaching.
About the Role:

Teaching KS3 and KS4 Science across a range of abilities

Creating engaging and inclusive lessons to inspire a love of science

Working within a collaborative and supportive department

Access to an experienced mentor and a structured ECT induction programme

About You:

A qualified Science teacher (or due to qualify by July 2025)
