JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a motivated and passionate Early Career Teacher ready to start your teaching journey in a supportive, inspiring school? A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Ealing, West London, is looking for a committed ECT to join their enthusiastic team.

We want an Early Career Teacher who:

  • Has a good understanding of the KS1 curriculum and eagerness to develop teaching skills.

  • Delivers engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons to inspire young learners.

  • Creates a positive, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.

  • Works well with colleagues and helps improve the whole school.

  • Is committed to professional growth and reflective practice.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from a recognised training route.

  • Eligible for the Early Career Framework (ECF) induction programme.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
