Early Career Teacher (ECT) – NG3, Nottingham
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Supply & Full-time (temp-to-perm potential)
Salary: £140 - £162 Per Day

Location: NG3 area, Nottingham

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-regarded school in the NG3 area of Nottingham, seeking a confident and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to step into a supportive, hands-on teaching role and gain valuable classroom experience in a welcoming environment.

Whether you're in your first ECT year or have recently qualified and are looking for the right setting to begin your teaching journey, this role offers the chance to make a real impact — with ongoing support from both the school and Teaching Personnel.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold (or be about to receive) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be confident teaching across the primary curriculum
  • Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Be reflective, enthusiastic, and willing to learn from experienced colleagues
  • Have a flexible and proactive approach to classroom life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
