Early Career Teacher required for KS2 Teaching post in Carnforth, LA5

-          Early Careers Teacher for a full-time post in a Primary School.

-          Start date: 4th September.

-          8:30- 15:30.

-          Competitive rates of pay, experience dependant: £100- £140 per day.

Teaching Personnel have a great opportunity opening up in the new academic year for a committed Early Careers Teacher to teach in one of their Year 5 classes on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Headteacher is looking for a professional and hard-working ECT who is capable of delivering stimulating and engaging lessons to a larger than average class, whilst maintaining a secure and approachable atmosphere for each child individual child. The role requires the successful ECT to work closely with other KS2 professionals to maintain their high standards of teaching and bring fresh ideas to their fantastic learning environment.

The school has been recognised for their excellent standards of Teaching and support, and the senior leads have commented that the successful applicant will be supporting in a lovely classroom, where the children are eager to learn.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT who is looking to get into a full time Teaching post where continual support and guidance will be provided by the school. The successful Teacher can be put through the first part of their ECT term and will offer regular feedback and support.

To be considered for this post, you will:

-          Have completed your PGCE or Education Studies degree and will hold QTS.

-          Have recent experience Teaching in KS2 and strong curriculum knowledge.

-          Be proactive and have excellent behaviour management skills.

-          Have a positive working attitude and desire to deliver outstanding lessons in all subject areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
