Highlights of this Design and Technology teacher position:

  • Full time position starting in April 2020
  • Teaching Design and Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Resistant Materials and Graphics)
  • Salary to reflect pay scale and teaching experience GBP24,373 - GBP40,490 (in line with AWR)
  • Derby based secondary school

The successful Design and Technology teacher will join this popular secondary school in April and will take responsibility of teaching Design and Technology across the age and ability range, carrying out the professional duties as required. They will effectively plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the departments’ schemes of work and National Curriculum requirements.

We are looking for a well qualified teacher of Design and Technology who has experience in delivering KS3 and KS4 Design and Technology. The successful candidate will deliver high quality teaching and learning in the classroom, ensuring good quality planning, marking and record keeping.
