Are you a Drama, Art, Music, Dance, Media or Performing Arts graduate looking to use your creativity to make a real impact?
Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate, imaginative individuals to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across:

Bristol
Bath
Gloucestershire

These roles are ideal for creative graduates aspiring to careers in education, therapeutic arts, creative youth work, SEN support, community arts, or any child‑focused profession.

We are currently recruiting for:
Teaching Assistants (TA)
Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed
Contract: Flexible roles – long‑term, short‑term, and permanent opportunities available

About the Schools & Students

You’ll be working in warm, supportive specialist SEN settings with students aged 5–19 who may have:
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
• Moderate / Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD)
• Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
• ADHD or associated behavioural needs
• Sensory processing differences

These schools prioritise holistic development, helping students grow emotionally, socially and academically through structured support.

• Keen to gain hands‑on experience before further training or study
• Flexible and able to adapt to different needs
• Open to learning and developing new skills

(SEN or school experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
