Are you looking for flexible teaching work in the Wigan area from September?

Are you an experienced teacher or someone who is set to qualify?

If so, we are currently recruiting ahead of time to ensure that we can meet the demands of our partner secondary schools once they return to school after recent closures.

Teaching Personnel are currently the preferred supply agency to a number of schools in the area, particularly those under the Liverpool Arch Diocese and Deans Trust.

  • Supply teachers required for daily/weekly cover requirements.
  • Opportunity to work within a number of high achieving secondary schools in Wigan.
  • Earn between GBP500 - GBP600 per week. (experience dependant and position undertaken)
  • Market leading education agency.

We wish to hear from teachers of all backgrounds and experience levels, whether you are a newly qualified or experienced teacher. We work with a number of excellent secondary schools in the area and are able to offer the guarantee of regular work in a local school.

Supply teachers applying to work with Teaching Personnel will ideally have their own form of transport however this is still not essential for consideration.

Once you get to grips with the work on offer, you will find a lot of the supply work will be arranged in advance meaning that you can plan your journey the night before to minimise disruption to your personal life.

Any teachers interested in this opportunity are required to;

  • Hold a PGCE (11-16 or further education accepted)
  • Have good classroom management skills.
  • Be adaptable and able to follow the behaviour policies of different schools.
  • Be prepared to cover a range of subjects including your subject specialism.
